Why N Title?

Our first N Title office opened its doors in 2016 as an extension of customer services for our parent company, Chesmar Homes.  As a homebuilder with a passion for customer and community service and a reputation for “Setting a Higher Standard,” it was the last piece of the puzzle that would provide a one-stop shop for customers.  We adopted our motto “Going the Nth Degree” and from there, transformed from just being another builder title company to becoming a title company of choice for all types of real estate transactions across the state.

Let’s face it – title insurance isn’t sexy and (generally speaking) it’s boring.  The excitement people usually feel about visiting a title company is most often caused by the expected end result:  they will leave with keys to a new home or with money from a home sale.  It’s seen as the means to an end and, for those of us who have chosen title insurance as a career, we weren’t okay with that!

We set out to create a new type of closing experience – one that reflects our company culture and values, one of which is to have fun!  We’re proud to say that we have accomplished this goal by focusing on people and the experience.  We make memories…great, happy memories that our customers will remember as an added chapter to their home buying or home selling story.  We make great memories for borrowers refinancing their existing homes, too!
